Stroboscopic Artefacts is the Berlin label established by Luca Mortellaro, who records as Lucy. Its catalogue connects techno to experimental electronics, with artist albums and club releases sharing an interest in sound design, spatial detail and changes in rhythmic form. Lucy's own productions sit beside work by Dadub, Xhin, Kangding Ray, Perc and Chevel.

The Monad series provides a separate setting for experimental releases, while the Totem series includes contributions from artists such as Shifted, Denise Rabe and Adriana Lopez. Oblivious Artefacts developed the label's visual component through sleeve artwork and video. The official Bandcamp catalogue is now presented as OTHER FACTS, with Stroboscopic Artefacts identified as its former name, and keeps earlier recordings available alongside later projects including Lotus Eater, the collaboration between Lucy and Rrose.
