Above & Beyond and their manager James Grant founded Anjunadeep in London in 2005.

Above & Beyond and their manager James Grant founded Anjunadeep in London in 2005. It began as an outlet for the deeper and more progressive records played in the trio's sets, then developed into a catalogue spanning melodic house, ambient electronics and techno. Lane 8, Yotto and Dusky are among the artists introduced through its releases.

Albums by Ben Böhmer, Tinlicker, Eli & Fur, Moon Boots and Qrion give a wider view of the label than its club singles alone. James Grant and Jody Wisternoff compile and mix the numbered Anjunadeep compilation series. The recording activity sits beside international showcases and the Explorations festival in Albania.
